Dwarf variety of Butterfly bush with full sized flowers. This compact grower would do well in a container as a patio plant or in the garden where it will grow 3 to 5 feet tall and wide with arching branches. Abundant flowers are soft, ivory white and the butterflies love them! Drought tolerant and easy to care for, these shrubs will tolerate a wide range of soil types. The long blooming season begins mid-summer and lasts through fall and sometimes to the first frost. Prune early to mid-spring to allow for growth and blooms in the same year. Dead heading will prolong bloom time. Also deer and rabbit resistant. USDA Zone 5-9. May die back completely in Zone 5 but will regrow from the roots.
